Jurors found that she did not smash into a retired optometrist on resort slopes in 2016, blaming him instead. They gave her the vindication she said she was seeking in her $1 countersuit. And Hollywood lawyers and publicists say the actor-turned-influencer did it without hurting her public image in a case most celebrities would have settled. Los Angeles lawyer Tre Lovell, who handles many similar celebrity cases, says Paltrow likely wanted to turn the negativity of a lawsuit into a positive that demonstrated her decency....
